SHIPPING
Vanessa Fox ships domestically for a flat rate of $20 on most goods, and $35 on fragile products (primarily glassware). Shipping will be charged at the time of purchase.
All products are shipped fedex ground.
Free local pickup (Bryn Mawr, PA), is available upon request.
RETURNS
Returns must be made within 7 days of purchase. Jewelry, napkins, and anything monogrammed may not be returned. Custom products (made to order) can not be returned, but we will do everything we can to make sure you are satisfied with your product.
